Each overnight shift can range from 8-12 hours long. This is ideal for families that want support during the night time. With my help, the new parents will be able to rest and recover as much as possible. As your doula, I will tend to all the needs of the baby (diaper changes, feeding, burping, putting back to sleep) which will allow you to sleep and be energized for the following day! The rate I charge for this is hourly. If there are multiple babies, a different rate will be discussed at interview.
